Water Sample Testing carried out in (UKAS) laboratories.

What is a fire risk assessment?

A Fire Risk Assessment is a systematic look at your premises and the activities carried out within it. It includes identifying fire hazards and who may be affected by fire. Where necessary, the responsible person may need to take action to reduce the risk from fire.

Completing a Fire Risk Assessment is the first step to making your premises safer from fire and is a requirement by law under Article 9 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

What is a legionella risk assessment?

A Legionella risk assessment involves inspecting water systems to identify risk areas where Legionella bacteria can thrive, such as stagnant water, temperatures of between 20-45°C, or areas with scale or biofilm buildup. It includes checking the system design, assessing control measures and recommending actions e.g temperature management, periodic cleaning, inspections and monitoring.

What is a health & safety risk assessment?

A Health & Safety risk assessment is a systematic process of identifying hazards and evaluating any associated risks within a workplace, then implementing reasonable control measures to remove or reduce them.
